The Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) has had Ward Bower, of Sandia National Labs, as their voting member on the Code Making Panel for many years. This fall, I was appointed by SEIA to be Ward's alternate at the meeting. We both attend the meeting, but Ward is the voting member. Bill Brooks. I have uploaded the file he sent to the ftp site: ftp://ftp.re-wrenches.org/2011_NEC/pv_ind_forum_2011_nec.doc PV INDUSTRY FORUM: The attached file contains the proposals for the 2011 NEC that were electronically submitted to NFPA on Friday, Oct 31, 2008. NFPA sent electronic receipts that they all were received. A big THANKS to all that participated in this activity over the last year. The next step is the initial Code Making Panel meetings Jan 11-24, 2009 attended by Ward Bower and Bill Brooks. We won't see the formal Report on Proposals from the Code Making panels until after July 14, 2009. As usual, please send comments directly to me and/or Ward Bower. Do not "Reply to All" as the Pishers will get everyone's address. Now we start on the 2014 NEC.
