The only way to test those definitively is with a load bank and a 6 or 20 hour test depending on the rating. Probably don't want to do the test for the 75 hour rate!.
If you want detailed instructions I can write them up pass them on, it is a long and arduous process, but I do it on 40 battery banks at a time. It is hard to get a reading on the entire set in 15 minutes, then you start the next trip around. One person writing and one testing helps.
