Hi William -

Might try running the inverter in question on its own, (set it back to
split-phase master) and see if it charges OK then. Also worth first
monitoring that inverter on the SCP (set the SCP to the home screen of
the affected inverter) and see what its "status" is when trying to
charge.

Once you have that data a call to the tech support line can get some
more pointers.

Friends:

We have installed a number of single XW installations but only one dual 
XW.  The dual system is giving us some problems.  When the generator is 
started, both inverters will charge, but aft a minute or so, the slave
will 
stop charging.  This is even with very low batteries where both
inverters 
charging capabilities are needed.  Once I observed Inverter 2 trying
three 
times to charge but eventually giving up.

Has anyone experienced this?
