Good luck finding someone who is tax credit hungry. On a positive note,
the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and others are lobbying
the new adminstration and congress to make the Investment Tax Credit
(ITC) refundable.

I have a customer who is wanting to do a solar housing subdivision who
is wanting to know if there is a market to trade federal tax credits. He
has a large install and can't absorb all of the tax credits. Are federal
Tax credits transferable? Is there a creative mechanism to trade tax
credits? Any other creative finance mechanisms through a solar
investment bank that can take the credits?
