Howie, I think Matt has it right. There is a need and place for this type of arrangement. A generic boilerplate PPA which could be passed off to Non-Profits as a cookie cutter for initiating the own PPA with there own donor/investors would be a help in making this go. Does anyone have such a document they would be willing to share?
