I'm definitely seeing price reductions from all sources.

The lowest number I've seen so far is $2.95 per watt, with payment terms and no volume commitment.

The last time we were in that price range was 4-5 years ago, when the our "low tide mark" for poly modules was $2.85 per watt from one manufacturer and nearly $3 per watt from others.

6 months ago was the "high tide mark" for us, with all sources coming in near $4/watt or above... which was the highest price point I had dealt with since getting into the business in 2001 when we
bought from a fairly expensive distributor.

The recent reduction from ~$4/watt to ~$3/watt is in fact closing in on a 25% price drop, and in only six months versus 2001 to 2004. I'm not really sure why prices are eroding so quickly. I know the economy is down, but I think we're selling at a similar pace compared to last year. Maybe there is
a bunch of Chinese PV product at cheap prices. Not sure.
