Hey Jay we have used epoxy in the past, drill hole, clean, fill w/ E, put SS threaded rod in hole & there ya go! ( all the feet at the hi school) you will probably need to talk to a PE if your getting a permit, but it works great. Contact Chris of me off list FMI TUMP
