Hi Dana,
Good point. Solar thermal has been paying CALSEIA's bread and butter for many 
years. When PV got popular, PV manufacturers switched their support from 
CALSEIA to other orgs. Solar sounds better than PV anyway.

  As long as we are discussing a national org. that would better represent our 
interests. "SOLAR" I would like to suggest that combined solar organization 
that promotes both THERMAL & PV. The thermal on our home and office does more 
to reduce our  bills than the 2 PV systems generate in saved utility costs.

   

  The inequality of the rebates and credits is such a waste of potential 
thermal applications. When asked to suggest and recommend in today's rebate and 
credit climate, PV wins hands down [45% to 60% rebate/credit in Colorado] and 
thermal looks like a joke.
