you can wire a 4 jaw meter for 120 by lifting that little clip on the back of 
the meter and using the left side top for line and left bottom for load, but i 
think you need to do a high resistance neutral attached to the screw that holds 
the jumper.

you might want to look through old grid tied battery backup stuff for this 
because there are a lot of 120 inverters in that genre, the installers of 
which, may have had to sort out a performance meter for.

you could get 2 auto transformers and use a regular performance meter in a 
socket to keep things simple but overdone.
