I needed to call Xantrex yesterday morning. I was on hold for 1.5
minutes. Received good advice and a promise of warranty upgrade of
SW firmware, no charge.
I asked about wait times and was told: Use this number
866-519-1470, avoid mid-day, avoid early in the week, Thursday is
best.
