We have obtained a letter from SMA stating that their inverters qualify for the "Buy American Provisions of the ARRA" under the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement. They say this position is based on the advice of "outside counsel" but give the disclaimer that "you are encouraged to seek your own legal counsel on these issues" if you have additional questions or concerns.
