Have any Wrenches seen ASTM's proposed standard for the installation of PV arrays on 3:12 or higher pitched roofs?

Here are some excerpts:
- mounting structure with at least 50% design load safety factor.
- non-metallic (polymeric) array mounting materials UV resistant for no less than the life of the module. - installer shall ensure that the remaining life of the existing roof structure and surface shall be sufficient to meet the expected life of the roof mounted array.
- roof structure shall be evaluated by a licensed professional engineer.
- installer shall inspect the roof decking substrate.
- etc.

This is a new standard on its first round in the balloting process.
