To "Rave" about used to mean PRAISE for an individual or company. I guess I am showing my age here? I was not looking for a putdown but I am looking for wholesalers that offer exceptional service and response time. A number of the companies [who shall remain unnamed] Have dropped their Outback Power Panel construction lines and getting hold of them can take from 2 to 24 hours as they are swamped.
After 21 years in this industry I have worked with quite a few companies that once they got large lost that customer service edge or got bought out by a large corporation and that great service and turnaround time turned into everyone's in a meeting, or...... This is an opportunity to acknowledge those offering great service. Price is not everything, Service is a major factor in my business.
