I'm a fan of Goggle SketchUp. The free version seems to cover most applications. If you want to drop it into CAD though you'll need the full version. There is a learning curve associated with the program but once you get through that, it is great since you can orient the arrays/building at whatever azimuth you actually have.
You need to make sure you locate the array to your physical location through Google Earth. If I remember right, the shading tool defaults to Boulder, CO.
