Allen,
Exactly what happens? Does the inverter connect but no charge? If so then Diodes D3, D4, D5 and D6 are the problem... They are IN 4147 diodes, you used to be able to buy packs of two from radio shack for about 2 bucks... I'm currently in Kenya, so getting a hold of me via phone is a bit touchy... Steve Higgins. The inverter continues to function properly as an inverter but is unable to charge from a generator. Our local Trace/Xantrex/Schneider service center has them but won't allow sale of just the board. I can arrange to have the inverter removed/taken/repaired/returned/reinstalled/reprogrammed, but all of us who have done this know the hassle and expense involved. According to tech support, the board could otherwise be easily replaced without removing the inverter from the wall. Can anyone suggest a source for a new or good used board?
