This industry is getting folks piling on by the boat load at present and I for one am delighted for the expansion and shocked at the directions that our industry is reeling in. It is partially very adolescent and partially fear based mostly due to [in my view] people jumping into something that holds promise as a lot of folks are losing their homes and having to learn a new trade [licensed Electricians & Plumbers included]. I had this transition imagined as smoother and more gradual than it has been. It is a brave new world here.
