Kent, We're dealing with one right now. Installed late 2005, the last Lorentz we installed because it was at the tail end of all the Lorentz troubles. So 4 1/2 years in residential use. We were to pull the pump this morning, but postponed one day because of heavy overcast. Troubleshooting suggests that the array checks out and the pump checks out in terms of resistance between phases and to ground. Low water sensor doesn't check out. We replaced the controller (good support from Solar Power and Pump in Elk City OK) but didn't resolve the issue - it's now beyond what the troubleshooting chapter covers.
