Hi Drake, Peter, I think the XW issue under discussion is one I am familiar with, and was a minor instability that under certain conditions was causing fluctuation in sell mode power flowing back to the grid. This was addressed quite a while ago, as part of our ongoing product improvement efforts. We always strive to follow through on any issue that arise with our products, and in this case due to not being able to replicate the issue in our lab we sent an Engineer to Peter's site so we could get to the root cause of what was going on.
If there is some item of concern please do contact our tech support folks, who will do their best to help. The XW series is a popular product family, and we will always respond to any issues that may arise to ensure as best we can that the device performance meets the needs of the users.
