Hello Wrenches,
I'm trying to find financing for a solar project. I've been getting
mailings from BancXchange and am in the application process. It
turns out that they have a $400 application fee. Has anyone used
this outfit for solar financing?
Who would finance a 36.6 KW PV system? The customer's credit is
good. Two banks so far, both enthusiastic, could not figure out how
to deal with the grants. Both banks need the grants to be approved
before being willing to commit to financing and both grants need
financing nailed down before they can be approved.
