Unfortunately too common, from my experience.  I've discussed the importance of 
safety as we continue to build us as a well respected industry.  All too often 
on to deaf ears.  Hope we can value each person's health and learn from other 
industries' injuries instead of reinventing that wheel before we hold safety to 
high standards.
