Yes, 7 or so years ago we ordered a set of 4KS-25PS Surrettes. These
are 4V, 2 cells in one poly case. One had a resting voltage of 0.05.
Turns out one cell was installed in reverse inside the case. We
removed the two cells from their red poly case and wired them up to
allow full 24V until a replacement arrived. James Surrette made it
right for us, but it was embarrassing for us.
