As I understand it, the TM500 is in essence a "TM2020 Lite", developed under license by Bogart Engineering for Trace. Schneider will most likely not be able to provide support, but Ralph Heisey probably can. You might call him with your questions. He's very accessible, knowledgeable and helpful.
