Friends:
I have a client with a Lorentz pump that has failed for the fourth
time. Failure mode is the rotor locks and won't turn. Does anyone know
why this happens and how we can prevent it?
Where do I send this pump for repair? The shop in the upper mid west
(can't remember the name, initials are SPP) has a disconnected number.
