Hello Wrenches, Mexico has recently allowed, at least theoretically, net metering. Does anyone know if anybody is actually net metering in Mexico?
If so, what all is involved with foreigners installing systems? I know that there is approximately a 30% additional equipment cost with duties and taxes. What about licensing, work permits or other legalities? Any information would be appreciated.
