The Sharp modules that we've used haven't been much out of square,
and the glass in the frame did not noticeably move around. We have
not had to beat the modules back into shape so far. (I will bring my
rubber mallet to the next installation!) So far, I've used 224s and
235, with some 240s on order. What series of modules have you
noticed issues with?

We have started to use the Sharp modules recently due to their
reliable supply, lowest cost for US manufacturing, coupled with the
idea that their company is relatively stable as far a supporting
their warranties for the long haul.....
Anyone have any other US modules they find to be of good quality,
reliable supply, low cost and strong company foundation that values
their installers?
