I have some resources for you right here: don't get involved in marital
disputes. Consider this:
They, collectively, either want PV or they don't. Until they agree they
want solar, you are wasting your time siding with one against the
other. All of the evidence in the world will not change a mind that is not
willing to change.

reputable enough to satisfy a grouchy retired national lab engineer. Web
links, reports, product warranties, etc. - all good.
