For those of you using Enphase micros and the WEEB grounding hardware (instead of having to run an equipment ground to each and every inverter), after a wee bit of effort I've tracked down the CSA certification approving using WEEBS as an effective/approved way to ground the inverter chassis.
My local AHJ wanted to see the documentation on this and our Enphase friends helped track down the docs for me. I have it as a PDF for anyone interested. marco
