Is double insulated (e.g., Falcon-brand wire) considered "PV wire"? That is, the kind of conductor needed for ungrounded (DC) PV systems? Any other non-double insulated wire type considered "PV wire"?
And we seem to have a consensus that once the PV wire (for an ungrounded circuit) reaches a junction box and the circuit wiring continues its merry way in an enclosed raceway that it's OK to switch to standard, and cheaper, THHN-2/THWN-2 conductors. Yes? Thanks, marco
