I think that is a GL5E style relay. See if this looks like it.

If RY8 has a bad coil or contact, you can use one of the AUX
relays (assuming they are not being used for something else).
If the signal is not being sent, it is more likely a control board
issue. Boards are still available for the SW series, but they are
pricey.
