Wrenches, Last week I bought PV Design Pro software from Michael Pelosi at Maui Solar Software but am getting no response from him when I requested the Purchase Key. All of the emails get bounced back to me and the phone numbers are out of service.
Does anyone have a direct line of communication with him and if so could you either forward me the contact info or ask him to get in touch with me. It would be unfortunate if Maui took my money knowing that they were not going to provide the key so that I could use the software that I purchased! Thanks.
