Hi Karl, check with the Contractor that installed the parking structure if 
thats possible. What you do will be determined by what type of construction was 
used to build the structure, the carport manufacturer will want input, and they 
will have engineering staff to advise you, you'll need to know if it is  Post 
Tension,  Cast-in-Place Concrete, Precast Concrete or Steel Framed construction.
