I believe the first pubic commercial system just went in at Turtle Bay Resort. REC designed and built the system) I have heard that they had alot of problems finding equipment here rated for 1000v and ending up somehow putting in 600v equipment that was flagged by the AHJ at final inspection. Jeff Delany was the project manager.
