Yes, it is a Solarjack pump controller. I'm not that familiar with Solarjack, but it's basically a simple LCB for array-direct use, I believe up to 24V. They are a good product, been around for decades.

You should be able to get support for it from Sun Pumps in Safford AZ. Sun Pumps is the successor to Solarjack. See www.sunpumps.com. The website says that they repair Solarjack pumps and controllers. Yours would be a current booster for a brush-type motor, I think.
