Marco TUV can test to UL1703 standards not just IEC standards. UL still trys to make a big deal about the UL mark vs all other testing labs, but any NRTL ( Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory) can certify to UL standards. The mark is what counts and it will state specific standards tested to, Such as conforms to UL1703 or IEC 61730 for modules. UL can also test to IEC standards too.
