Hi Wrenches,
For the last couple of years we have been licensing CPF Tools and OnGrid to create PV proposals. Our sales reps are now almost exclusively using CPF Tools. Anyway, lately I understand that CPF (Clean Power Finance) is no longer offering phone or email support for those of us who only use their tool and not their finance option. Has any other wrench experienced this? We have noticed a couple of calculation glitches and need to get them fixed ASAP but have no one to contact. If anyone has a CPF contact they would be willing to share that would be great too. Separately, what proposal tool software are Wrenches using these days? Any recommendations? If we can’t find a way to get some support from CPF we will need to switch to another tool. Thanks as always and happy new year! Best, August Luminalt
