Sounds like it is still very much in "concept" mode, like "solar paint" or solar roadways. All the best to them in their R&D and i'm sure if they can come up with some positive energy output production numbers, keep durability/reliability issues in check and keep manufacturing costs within reason, then we just may see them on the market sometime down the road.....
