Hello Eric, With the low cost of PV solar modules, I would like to know why anyone would choose to track the sun? It cost's much more and is a maintenance issue compared to adding more PV modules to make up the difference. Tracking winter gain is about 10% and summer about 40%. If there is no space available for more PV it makes sense if you must have more production.
