Sounds a little fishy to me, is it a big residential or real small

They don't think they are getting the added amount of $/kWh. 

Pg&e said that's true that they have to calibrate the meter for maximum sell 
back watts and it's set to low. 

I don't believe it. But anyone have anything to add?
