Good Afternoon Wrenches, I was just letting some more responses before jumping in the shark tank...
Are we going to make mistakes, unfortunately we are, and we prefer to catch them at the plant. Anything that is a manufacturing defect that makes it out of the plant we will be happy to take care of under the warranty policy. I am always open to discussion for warranty, as long as we can get some data on the system. The warranty form that we ask for has actually been around for 10-15 years... and it has been around in one form or another during this time. All too often people go to the manufacture requesting warranty often don't want to provide any information, of with a failure reason of "it just doesn't work". Please feel free to contact me off list and I will do what I can to take care of any Surrette Warranty issues. I tried to look up the two direct complaints in our systems but couldn't find an associated ticket to the claims.
