Folks, NEC 2014 is in effect in California. I just pulled a permit for a residential system and it had a little stamp that had 690.47(D) circled as a requirement.
Anyone worked with AHJ's in California who are now requiring this? I am planning to not install the electrode, siting Exception 2 and trying to say that the existing electrode next to the build is "next to the array"?
