Home Power Magazine wrote that Hawaii had ended its net metering program https://www.homepower.com/articles/solar-electricity/design-installation/net-metering-beyond. Does this mean that existing customers with net metering contracts are unable to use their grid tied PV systems? How does it work when a state or utility ends net metering?
