Hi Chad - We've been using Solar Census which has some very nice features for sales reps. It is fast and easy to use - a layout can typically be created in about 15 minutes. It uses LIDAR data to calculate the pitch of the roof and estimate shade and we've found it to be generally quite accurate. I think it has a limited geography or where it works, so it may not be available in your area. The layout is nice to share with clients and shows them shade on a per module basis. Here is a sample:

I know that Solarcity (now Tesla) uses EagleView, but we haven't tried it: https://www.eagleview.com/ -August On Wed, Oct 25, 2017 at 10:32 AM, Chad Waits <[email protected]> wrote: > Wrenches, > > Wondering what you folks are using for array mock-ups in your proposal > tools.
