Nik,
This sounds like a new install. Many times I'll suggest to
a customer to "see how it goes" with something like this. It may turn
out to be a very occasional event that they are willing to accept, and
thus reduce the another failure point factor. Do you have a snow issue
there also? Its possible the lower edge of the PV frame will slow it
down a bit?
