When the fogged over display window gets to the point where you can not see anything it can lead to the homeowner simply relying on the Green Led for operation verifying.

A very common failure can go undetected if only the Green Led is used.
No errors, solid Green Led but not pushing power!

Home owners eventually figure something is wrong when utility bill goes up...

I have not yet seen this on the newer SBxxxx versions, only the old SWR ones.

We have installed quite a few SB's over the years and are seeing a growing number of fogged over display lenses.
We've tried headlight polish with limited success.
Other than purchasing a new lid from SMA does anyone have another solution to restoring or replacing the window?
