There has been a push to integrate a "scroll mode" to the Conext Gateway. This could be left on a tablet 24 /7 and the user would just watch the basic screens that the installer can easily program. I hope Schneider will do this. It is similar to the scroll mode in the mppt-60 but would be much better display than alpha numerics. The graphics in the Gateway are very nice and can tell the heath of the system to a non-informed user very quickly. And, no buttons to push if desired.

With the limited and sometimes non existent integrated system displays these days, it seems to be an answer to local visualization of operation. It would let the customer view the real time data for many parameters, and they are typically more aesthetically pleasing than a trimetric or even the SCP or mate. _Sent from my Verizon LG Smartphone_ ------ Original message------ FROM: Jay DATE: Wed, May 8, 2019 11:05 AM TO: [email protected]; CC: SUBJECT:[RE-wrenches] Internal BMS vs external capacity meter Hi all, A common question I see and have around lithium is figuring out SOC. I have to assume that the internal BMS is as accurate as one can get. That said, does anyone have real world data that compares accuracy of internal BMS SOC to external SOC meters, such as bogart, Schneider, OB, magnum? The companies that list how to set up a external 3rd party SOC meter have them set up in a way that seems unlikely to be that accurate, especially in PSOC and in low SOC conditions. For most of my clients, they don't want a computer/phone view only SOC meter. Having a easy to read and understand SOC meter on the wall is important to them. So wondering if folks have answers?
