Hi William

I suspect a problem inverter, not a comm issue. 

If removing #3 stops the problem, then 
I’d move the #3 inverter into #2 slot and see if the problem still exists. 
If yes then It might just be one of the power modules inside #3. Or could be 
the control stack. 
I had a single power module failure that was kinda hard to isolate but when 
replaced all is fine. At first OB thought it was control stack, but after that 
didn’t fix it, we replaced one module. 

If all of the above still doesn’t seem to fix it or it’s still unclear then I 
would replace the hub. Yea seems crazy but.
