Friends:

We use the Ubiquiti Nanostation M2 Loco exclusively. This is true
professional grade equipment with an available unified management system
which reports up and downtime via e-mail, among other benefits. They are
only about $50.00. Being professional grade they are complicated to set
up. Contact me off list for my programming matrix which should help. You
do need POE for these devices.

Inserted is a photo of one of these units configured for an E-gauge energy
monitor under a house. We attached a short mast to the exterior of the
plastic enclosure. The antenna can be rotated for best signal. I even
have these stuffed inside walls to good effect.

Subject: [RE-wrenches] Extending Enphase Wi-Fi___33 Range

We have a Enphase ground mounted system that is 100 ft from the home.

The home's Wi-Fi___33 signal dies out about 10 from the Envoy's signal.
Has

anyone had success extending the range of the either the home's or

Envoy's range. I have tried various range extenders and none have made

any difference. Enphase support suggested buying their cellular modem,

but it only a 5 year product. No word back yet on what happens after

that. Thank you, Chris
