Im sure that Steve H. will have the “official” word on this but…. I find these cells quite robust and I would suggest that your “supplier” ck the SPG then charge them, & recheck prior to shipping. These are my go to cells if they want more that the 6CPS 25-27 plate 5000 series capacity. Have I had issues, yes, but I also install a lot of their batteries & their "lil pitbull of Warrantee", SH has been good to me. Keep good records, SPG& VpC, and polarity check, prior to site delivery and accurate record keeping after that using a refractometer.
