Hi Scot - We've installed lots (too many) of SolarBridge micros, but
they've all been through SunPower. SunPower is upholding their warranty. As
you mentioned, the monitoring box is a big problem for these systems - they
started out with really clunky hardware and or software and it never got
better. Anyway, have you tried contacting SunPower or Enphase for warranty
support since they purchased the assets? It seems like it's going to be a
losing battle with these old systems if we can't get a working monitoring
device.
