You would need a shunt trip rated @600vdc , 25 amps I'm guessing. A DC rated
contactor might be better, but where to find either? And what control voltage
will the ST or contactor use? I assume its grid-tie if an AHJ is involved.
The LG RESU would also require both pos and neg be switched off (ungrounded
neg) for code compliance. You are probably best off running the battery leads
outside to a 600vdc dp safety switch. And then back it's only 10 ga, wire
back and forth.

I say offgrid because I doubt any utility would grid-tie approve as an outdoor
disco, it since it does not visibly open the inverter output power wires.
But it wound save in round-trip inverter wiring outside and back in to the load
center, and perhaps a big AC outdoor disco in larger systems.
